FRANK DILIBERTO'S

 

INDUCTION TO

THE NORTH AMERICAN BUGLER'S HALL OF FAME

SELDEN CADETS AL

 

It is with a great deal of pride that the Selden Cadets wish to announce that Frank Diliberto will be inducted into the North American Bugler's Hall of Fame on April 24th, 2010.

 

Frank joined our alumni corps shortly after its formation five years ago and has been a distinguished member ever since. 

 

Frank's drum corps career spanned decades and his accomplishments are many.  His reputation as a soloist in the Sunrisers was an inspiration to many of the younger players in the activity, his solos in "Ballin' the Jack", "The Joker", "Sing, Sing, Sing", "Domino", and "Rock-a-Bye" and many other selections were the stuff legends are made of.

 

Over the years, Frank has also instructed the Sunrisers,

and inspired students in other drum corps as well. 

Frank also served as a brass judge for the Long Island Circuit.

 

Frank takes his place among the select few "legends" in the drum corps activity,

John Arientano, Wayne Downey, Frank Dorrite and Frank Buscemi.

Our drum corps has veterans, students and senior citizens in its ranks, all who share a love

for music and the drum corps activity.   We need the support I know that you can give.

We are offering Selden’s performances from 1957 to 1965 on a two CD set. 
   The 2 CD set is available for $10 for Alumni and $15  for non-Alumni.
